Kevin Hanes is the SVP and Chief Operating Officer at Secureworks, a global leader in cybersecurity that protects customer progress with the cloud-native security analytics software of choice. Kevin's diverse team around the world includes the Secureworks' Incident Response and Consulting business and Customer Advocacy, as well as responsibility for global client service and delivery of Secureworks' managed security services. Previously, he was the Executive Director of Infrastructure and Cloud Computing for Dell. Kevin holds a bachelor's degree in a Computer Systems Management from St. Edward's University, and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. Additionally, Kevin has two patents issued and another 12 pending in the area of services automation.
